Water Based Experiences

Our water based classes aim to inspire and playfully guide you on journey back home to yourself.

Expect to shift your perspective of your life and what you may think you can and can't do yet.

Allow our experienced and passionate teaching team to lead you through accessible movement patterns to help you align with your own unique balance, once you feel it for yourself, you'll be invited to move the water moves; fluid, smoothly and in rhythm with the cycles of the earth.

There are classes and levels to offer something for everyone, from our brand new friends to our experienced and seasoned tribe members.

Don't be shy to join in, we are all a friendly bunch of heart centred water lovers who all fall in to the water from time to time, knowing that no matter how many times we do, it becomes easier to pick yourself back up and try again.

Our popular 3-week Beginner SUP Yoga courses are the best place to start your yoga on water adventure – you'll enjoy individual attention in our boutique classes with step-by-step tutorials, teacher demonstrations and hands on adjustments to help improve your sense of balance and become more receptive to the water.

*Please note is highly recommended to have completed our Level 1 Course prior to joining our Open Flow classes.

SLOW FLOW SUP YOGA SUNDAYS

Slow Flow SUP Yoga Sundays are a heavenly blend of accessible yoga postures layered together in sequences to rejuvenate mind and improve your body tone and posture whilst deepening your connection to your breath.

The style of practice is kinder to our joints and aims to hydrate the tissues of the body with long, juicy, repetitive movements. Expect to have playful challenges offered for you to explore with accessible modifications for all levels of experience.

This class has specially designed for easy Sunday mornings and invites your body, mind and spirit to restore and take in the beauty of our outdoor, water playground.

You'll be melting into Shavasana by the time we make our way back down to the boards.

It's back! Our early morning, water based yoga offering is offers THE best sunrise - from the surface of the water you'll be offering your Salutes to Sun as it makes its way over the hills.

Harness the powerful and creative lunar energy as we honour the rhythm and cycles in our life.

Join us and special guests on a journey through Chandra Namaskar (Moon Salutes) cultivating the moon's soothing lunar energy.

Remember to bring a towel and something dry to change in to as it may cool down quite a bit once we are off the water.

It is highly recommended to have some yoga or SUP Yoga experienced for this journey, allowing you to focus on the energy of this beautiful sundowner flow.

Practicing yoga outdoors continues to inspire even the most novice of yoga practitioners, it's the blend of natural light, the colours of the landscape and the gentle sounds of the water lapping onto the shore that hold such a tender space for all of us to drop deeply into an exhale and let go.

Our experienced and passionate teaching team offers an array of land-based yoga journey's for our tribe to explore, from meditation courses and entry level yoga sessions, Sound Healing sessions to guided land and water based yoga events that showcase our spectacular Australian sunsets.
